How to get shortlisted - Etihad Cabin Crew Open Day and Assessment Day
The Etihad Open Day is open to everyone, no pre-registration is necessary, just turn up at the venue and drop-off your Etihad cabin crew CV resume. Once you get shortlisted at the early stages of the Etihad Open Day, it then turns into an Etihad Assessment Day.
Technically, the difference between the Etihad Open Day and the Etihad Assessment Day, is an Assessment Day is an invite only event.
If you rather plan to attend the Etihad Cabin Crew Assessment Day than the open day, then register online and if shortlisted, you will then receive an invite to attend the Etihad Assessment Day. This method skips the early morning Open Day pre-selection.
I would suggest you regularly check the Etihad Careers website for opening and assessment days. If you don’t see your city or country, please stay patient as your country will show up on one of the coming days.
You will find that the Open Days are spread out around the world to give the chance to people from many different countries to apply. There are more Assessment Days in Europe and Arabic speaking countries than elsewhere in the world.
Are you embarrassed by your English? Please ensure your standard of your English comprehension, listening and speaking skills are above average proficiency.

The difference between an open day and an assessment day is that the Assessment Day is invite inly.
You submit your CV online at the Etihad Recruitment portal and your CV then goes through the ATS search and if ranked high enough, it will get selected / shortlisted.
Etihad is very particular on your English. Please ensure that you have used the correct grammar and tenses in your CV. At the Etihad Open Day/Assessment Day please come dressed in business attire. For males this means wearing a smart suit. For females it is recommended to come dressed in a black blazer, white shirt, a knee length black skirt and black heels (not stilettos!). Do NOT come in a skirt that is above the knee. Never forget that Etihad is based in an Arabic country and you need to show that you can dress respectfully.
