The competition and selection process is getting tougher and we see this flowing through to 2020. Emirates has started a new registration process for open days making it thoroughly competitive. Getting through this is quite a challenge as your CV needs to be able to pass the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scan. The AI Bot then shortlist candidates for the Open Day. All clients coming to us will have their CV written for both the AI Bot as well as the recruiter to ensure it is optimised for both sets of readers. Our practice interviews for Assessment Days and Final interviews will now include speech presentation, use of correct English grammar (for those of you who are not confident with English), and we will also advise you on best body language. We feel speech delivery is more important than the actual content, and we will coach you on high quality delivery of your answers.
