Your personal appearance is the most important criteria for the Qatar Recruitment day.

You will be the brand ambassador for Qatar Airways, ensure that your personal appearance is impeccable. This is an easy point to fix so please do not fail on this one. Fix your hair very neatly and ensure your fringe is above your eyebrows. Do ensure your makeup is done to high standards.

Draw parallels to your own hospitality and customer experience. Think of good examples where you have exceeded customer expectations.

Show them that you are able to engage customers with ease and often exceed expectations - This is Customer First.

Qatar recruiters often run a series of one to one rapid fire questions, short bursts where you have a minute to answer each question. Examples include: if you find your colleague stealing, what would you do OR do you judge a person based on appearance. Please think carefully on your answers. The wrong answer will send you home immediately.
